Coach Paul

Meet Our Founder

Coach Paul’s journey began as a young athlete in Calgary, where he competed provincially and nationally before representing Team Alberta at the Western Canada Summer Games. Inspired by the mentorship he received, he founded Sher Wrestling to give back to the next generation. His mission is to build an environment where athletes can grow through sport, develop discipline, and build lifelong habits for success.
