Wrestling isn’t just a sport. It’s a way of life.
Sher Wrestling is Calgary’s newest non-profit wrestling club, built on the belief that every child deserves access to high-quality training, mentorship, and opportunity free of charge.
We are dedicated to building more than athletes. Our vision is to create leaders, scholars, and compassionate citizens who understand the value of hard work, inclusion, and giving back to the community.

Meet the Coaches Behind Sher Wrestling!

Meet Our Founder
Coach Paul’s journey began as a young athlete in Calgary, where he competed provincially and nationally before representing Team Alberta at the Western Canada Summer Games. Inspired by the mentorship he received, he founded Sher Wrestling to give back to the next generation. His mission is to build an environment where athletes can grow through sport, develop discipline, and build lifelong habits for success.
